The VIP Casino Host plays a crucial role in attracting, nurturing, and retaining high-value clientele by utilizing proactive relationship management and strategic portfolio development. This position requires maintaining an active presence on the casino floor to connect with guests, oversee player information, and uphold outstanding service quality. Applicants should possess at least three years of direct experience in Casino Hosting or Player Development and have completed a high school diploma or GED. Candidates must also be skilled in using CRM systems and be capable of securing a Tribal Gaming License.
