Job description
The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the theatre. This includes supervising staff, managing facility upkeep, and operating projection equipment. Additionally, the position entails managing financial reconciliations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and enforcing company policies and safety protocols. Applicants should possess a minimum of three months of supervisory experience or six months in the theatre sector with appropriate certification. Candidates must be skilled in using PC platforms, exhibit strong communication abilities, and be capable of lifting up to 60 pounds.
