Job description
The Universal Banker plays a key role in facilitating smooth client transactions while recognizing financial requirements and providing exceptional service. This position also involves engaging in sales initiatives through proactive outreach and guiding clients on digital banking options. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of two years of experience in a teller or customer service role, as well as at least six months of experience in sales. Additionally, candidates must be skilled in basic computer applications and have strong interpersonal abilities.
