**Job Title: Follow-Up Representative**
The Follow-Up Representative plays a critical role in addressing insurance denials, processing appeal claims, and overseeing overdue accounts to optimize cash collection efforts. This position requires meticulous documentation of daily account activities and adherence to productivity benchmarks while efficiently handling a large volume of claims. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in revenue cycle collections. A solid understanding of medical coding, specifically CPT, ICD-9/10, and HCPCS, is essential, as are intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.
