Job description
The Parts Counterperson plays a crucial role in overseeing the sales process for parts, navigating through customer inquiries, invoicing, and fulfilling special orders. This position requires continuous communication with customers about their order statuses and providing assistance to the parts manager and team members. Ideal candidates will possess excellent organizational abilities, be adept with technology, and exhibit a professional attitude. A valid driver’s license and the capacity to pass a pre-employment drug test are mandatory.
