Job Summary
The Parts Fitment Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring that the right components are accurately identified and fit to the corresponding vehicles. This position requires expertise in parts selection and automotive knowledge to provide excellent service to clients while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Accurately identify and validate vehicle parts fitment for various models and makes.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure timely processing and fulfillment of parts orders.
- Provide detailed parts information and recommendations to customers and team members.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends.
- Assist in resolving fitment discrepancies and customer queries promptly.
- Contribute to inventory accuracy and management processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in automotive technology or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in automotive parts sales or fitment roles preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Proficiency with fitment databases and automotive part catalogs.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
