**Job Title: Parts Room Clerk**
The Parts Room Clerk is responsible for overseeing the inventory within the maintenance department, which includes ordering parts, monitoring stock quantities, and reconciling the physical inventory with the accounting records. This position also involves liaising with suppliers for cost estimates and managing delivery schedules, all while keeping the parts room orderly and secure. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate strong skills in Microsoft Office tools. Additionally, the role necessitates the capability to lift weights of up to 50 lbs and maintain clear communication with both internal teams and external partners.
