**Program Support Specialist**
The Program Support Specialist is responsible for overseeing client scheduling, engaging families for nurse home visits, and ensuring the accuracy of the client database. Additionally, this role involves executing follow-up calls after visits and serving as the main public liaison for the program. Applicants should possess a minimum of an Associate degree, although a Bachelor’s degree in a field related to education or health is preferred. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential, along with strong skills in Microsoft Office and a valid driver’s license for transportation.
