They are also tasked with processing financial transactions, such as co-pays and outstanding balances, all while adhering to privacy regulations. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office. Prior experience in customer service, ideally within a healthcare environment, is necessary.
