**Job Title: Patient Access Coordinator**
The Patient Access Coordinator acts as the initial contact for patients, overseeing the check-in and check-out process, handling payments, and coordinating scheduling. This role is crucial in supporting clinic functions by ensuring precise documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system and promoting effective communication between patients and healthcare teams. Applicants should possess a minimum of a High School diploma or GED and demonstrate strong communication abilities. Prior experience in customer service or in a healthcare front office setting, as well as familiarity with EMR systems, is highly desirable.
