Job description
**Job Title: Patient Access Coordinator**
As the initial liaison for patients, the Patient Access Coordinator is responsible for overseeing check-in and check-out procedures, processing payments, and coordinating appointments. Additionally, they play a crucial role in supporting clinic operations by ensuring accurate electronic medical record (EMR) documentation and enhancing communication between patients and healthcare teams. Applicants should possess a minimum of a High School diploma or GED, coupled with excellent communication abilities. Experience in customer service or a front office role in healthcare, as well as familiarity with EMR systems, is highly desirable.
