**Job Title: Patient Registration Representative**
The Patient Registration Representative is tasked with efficiently and accurately managing patient registration, overseeing order processing, and capturing charges throughout multiple hospital departments. This role involves engaging with patients to clarify expectations related to the revenue cycle and assisting them in addressing personal financial responsibilities through available payment solutions. Applicants are required to have a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for those holding an associate degree in business or healthcare. A background of at least one to two years in registration, scheduling, or customer service within a healthcare environment is essential.
