Job description
The Patient Access Representative will be responsible for coordinating appointment bookings, validating patient insurance information and demographic details, and ensuring precise data entry into the system. They will also oversee patient payment processing, uphold confidentiality in line with HIPAA regulations, and generate required reports and documentation. Applicants should have at least a High School Diploma or a comparable qualification. A preferred minimum of 2 years of experience in areas such as admissions, billing, collections, insurance, or customer support is desired.
