**Job Title: Peer Support Specialist**
The Peer Support Specialist plays a vital role in offering emotional assistance, advocacy, and connections to resources for individuals dealing with severe mental health challenges, aiming to promote their independence. Responsibilities include keeping accurate documentation for caseloads, leading support groups, and providing transportation for activities related to clients. Applicants should be individuals in recovery from mental illness and must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. A valid driver’s license from Montana, complete vehicle insurance, and the capacity to clear criminal background screenings are mandatory.
