The Patient Access Specialist manages patient intake, registration, and scheduling while conducting insurance verifications and financial counseling. They also coordinate documentation, resolve patient concerns, and support utilization review and health information management tasks. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of patient access experience. Proficiency with the Epic EHR system is preferred.
