Provides individualized, culture-specific patient care by attending to the personal needs and comfort of patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Assists the nursing team with delegated tasks and participates in shift and bedside reports. Requires a High School Diploma/GED or a valid CNA/PCA/PCT certificate, along with one year of experience as a nursing assistant in an acute care setting. Candidates must hold a CPR certification and possess strong communication and customer service skills.
