Job description
**Job Title: Patient Care Technician**
The Patient Care Technician plays a critical role in supporting nursing personnel with fundamental patient care tasks, which encompass monitoring vital signs, assisting with hygiene, and providing general oversight. Furthermore, the position includes responsibilities as a unit secretary, managing supplies and entering orders into the electronic health records system. Applicants must hold a High School Diploma or GED, along with a valid Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license. Successful completion of a CNA training program and BLS certification is necessary, and candidates are required to obtain Healthy Interventions certification within 30 days of employment.
