**Patient Care Technician**
The Patient Care Technician is responsible for delivering direct, hands-on dialysis support to individuals suffering from end-stage renal disease, under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. Key duties encompass observing patients, ensuring the proper functioning of dialysis machinery, and working alongside a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Qualified applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED and should be at ease working with blood and various medical apparatus. This position demands physical endurance for extended shifts and the adaptability to work on different schedules, including weekends and holidays.
