**Job Title: Patient Care Technician**
The Patient Care Technician offers direct, hands-on dialysis support to individuals with end-stage renal disease, operating under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN). Key responsibilities entail overseeing patient conditions, ensuring proper functioning of dialysis machinery, and documenting vital signs along with patient information. Applicants are required to possess an accredited high school diploma, GED, or an equivalent credential. This position demands a high level of comfort with blood and medical instruments, alongside the physical stamina to work extended shifts while on their feet.
