**Job Title: Patient Care Technician**
The Patient Care Technician plays a crucial role in delivering direct, hands-on dialysis services to individuals experiencing end-stage renal disease, working under the guidance of a registered nurse (RN). Key responsibilities encompass supervising patient well-being, ensuring the proper functioning of dialysis machinery, and documenting vital signs accurately. Applicants are required to possess an accredited high school diploma or GED and should be at ease handling blood and medical instruments. The position demands physical endurance for extended shifts and the ability to work varied schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
