Job Summary
The Patient Care Technician plays a crucial role in delivering TMS and esketamine treatments, ensuring that patients are closely monitored and that accurate electronic health records are maintained. This position also involves managing various operational aspects of patient care, including scheduling, check-in processes, and assisting with insurance and billing to promote efficiency within the clinic.
Responsibilities
- Administer TMS and esketamine treatments to patients.
- Monitor patient responses during treatments and document findings accurately in electronic health records.
- Oversee patient scheduling and check-in procedures to streamline clinic operations.
- Assist with insurance claims and billing processes to ensure smooth handling of operational tasks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Associate’s Degree in a related field; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Relevant experience in a healthcare setting is necessary.
- Strong proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness and ability to travel between various clinic locations as needed.
