The Patient Care Technician assists registered nurses with activities of daily living, basic nursing care, and maintaining a safe, clean environment for patients. Responsibilities include monitoring patient status, performing clinical procedures like EKG and blood draws, and assisting with patient mobility and hygiene. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of a Nurse Assistant course or equivalent experience. The role requires the ability to follow instructions, communicate effectively, and perform physical tasks such as lifting and positioning patients.
