Job Summary
This role is focused on overseeing patient meal services, which encompasses menu selection, assembly of trays, delivery of meals, and food preparation. The individual in this position will also maintain the cleanliness of trayline stations and effectively communicate any patient dietary requirements to the nutrition supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient meal service, including the selection of menus.
- Assemble and deliver meal trays to patients.
- Prepare food as per dietary specifications.
- Ensure cleaning and maintenance of trayline stations.
- Communicate dietary needs of patients to the nutrition supervisor.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required, or equivalent experience in TriHealth Nutrition.
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a related field is necessary.
