The Patient Coordinator plays a crucial role in welcoming patients, overseeing the registration process, and maintaining precise documentation of patient records. This position also involves assisting with insurance verification and prior authorizations, as well as offering direct support to patients throughout their appointments. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification, along with excellent customer service abilities. For those in mobile roles, CPR certification is mandatory, while it is preferred for fixed radiology positions.
