Provide compassionate assistance to patients, families, and visitors, including directions, escorts, and support with patient needs. Help with environmental services, meal delivery, patient and equipment transport, telehealth cart setup, and supply management while following safety, sanitation, and confidentiality procedures. A high school diploma, active high school or GED program enrollment, or one year of previous job experience in lieu of a diploma is required; high school students are preferred. Applicants must be able to follow written and verbal instructions, and healthcare or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
