Job description

**Patient Financial Advisor**

The Patient Financial Advisor is responsible for facilitating patient registration, confirming insurance benefits, and determining the projected patient costs for services. This role includes overseeing collections, engaging patients in discussions about financing options, and ensuring that documentation is meticulously maintained in line with organizational guidelines. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification, along with proficiency in conducting mathematical calculations related to rates and percentages. A minimum of 12 months of experience in customer service, patient registration, or collections is preferred, and candidates must be able to secure Hometown Health certifications.
