**Patient Financial Counselor**
The Patient Financial Counselor oversees the financial components of patient services, such as verifying insurance and collecting payments. This role acts as the main liaison for patients concerning financial policies and any issues related to coverage. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or GED. A minimum of one year of experience in medical billing is desirable, along with knowledge of reproductive medicine or usage of Athena software.
