**Patient Success Specialist**
The Patient Success Specialist acts as a key point of contact and supporter for members, assisting them throughout their healthcare journey from the enrollment phase to active involvement. This role involves building trust, addressing member concerns, and engaging in on-ground events to advocate for health programs. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, with a preference for candidates holding an associate or bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related discipline. Essential qualifications include excellent communication abilities and relevant experience in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare, along with a willingness to work in the Broward County area.
