Job Summary
The Patient Scheduler plays a crucial role in managing the scheduling of medical appointments and arranging transportation for participants of Providence ElderPlace. This position is essential in facilitating smooth transportation to ensure participants attend their healthcare appointments in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule medical appointments for participants.
- Organize and dispatch transportation services for efficient travel.
- Ensure that participants are transported to and from their healthcare visits without delays.
Qualifications
- A minimum of two years’ experience in medical appointment scheduling or transportation dispatching.
- Preferred: An Associate’s degree in a related discipline.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and carry auto insurance.
