**Patient Service Associate**
The Patient Service Associate is responsible for overseeing various clinic management activities such as scheduling appointments, handling patient check-ins and check-outs, and processing charges. Additionally, they offer assistance with navigation within the clinic, manage patient records, and ensure effective communication between patients and the healthcare team. Applicants should have a minimum of one year of experience in a customer service or healthcare environment, along with a high school diploma. Essential skills include excellent verbal communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to remain on their feet or walk for extended durations.
