$23.45/HR As a Patient Service Representative you will be responsible for welcoming patients, verifying insurance information, collecting payments, scheduling follow-up appointments, and providing exceptional front desk support. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. Patient Services Representative Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients during check-in and check-out.
- Verify insurance information and collect co-pays/payment details.
- Schedule follow-up appointments and manage appointment flow.
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Support the Front Office Team Lead with administrative tasks.
- Process referrals and prior authorizations with insurance companies.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent plus 1–2 years of experience in a clerical or healthcare setting, OR a two-year associate degree with at least 1 year of clerical/healthcare experience,
- EPIC experience is REQUIRED.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
