$23.45/HR As a Patient Service Representative you will be responsible for welcoming patients, verifying insurance information, collecting payments, scheduling follow-up appointments, and providing exceptional front desk support. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. Patient Services Representative Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients during check-in and check-out.
  • Verify insurance information and collect co-pays/payment details.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments and manage appointment flow.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
  • Support the Front Office Team Lead with administrative tasks.
  • Process referrals and prior authorizations with insurance companies.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent plus 1–2 years of experience in a clerical or healthcare setting, OR a two-year associate degree with at least 1 year of clerical/healthcare experience,
  • EPIC experience is REQUIRED.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
