**Job Title:** Patient Service Representative II
The Patient Service Representative II oversees the processes of patient intake, appointment scheduling, and clerical assistance, aiming to create a smooth interaction between clinical teams and administrative personnel. This role serves as a valuable resource for the staff, manages the collection of financial payments, and ensures that medical records are kept precise while upholding patient confidentiality. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service. Familiarity with medical terminology, electronic medical record (EMR) systems, and a foundational understanding of health insurance and coding practices is highly desirable.
