**Caregiver**
The caregiver plays a vital role in offering non-medical support for daily living activities, aimed at improving the member’s quality of life and fostering independence. Duties encompass assisting with mobility, preparing meals, ensuring hygiene, and performing light housekeeping tasks in the member’s residence. Applicants are required to undergo a National Criminal History Screening Background Check and attend a two-hour orientation before starting their role. Furthermore, candidates must meet state-required training standards and may need to possess a valid driver’s license along with insurance for transportation responsibilities.
