**Payor Credentialing Specialist**
The Payor Credentialing Specialist is responsible for overseeing the credentialing workflow for healthcare professionals, ensuring adherence to payor standards and state regulations. This role involves coordinating communications between healthcare providers and insurance entities, while also ensuring the accuracy of databases and performing routine audits of credentialing documentation. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, with a preference for those holding an associate or bachelor’s degree. A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare credentialing or payor enrollment is essential, alongside strong skills in credentialing software and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
