Job Summary
The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing payroll processes during a temporary coverage period for maternity leave. This role entails ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll accurately and punctually for all employees.
- Review and verify employee timecards and payroll data.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Address inquiries related to payroll from employees and management.
- Assist with year-end payroll activities and reporting.
- Maintain payroll records and documentation securely.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in payroll processing and administration.
- Strong understanding of payroll software and systems.
