**Payroll Specialist**
The Payroll Specialist will oversee the complete payroll process for three manufacturing locations using Paylocity, while ensuring adherence to multi-state labor regulations. Key responsibilities encompass payroll reconciliation, addressing discrepancies, and assisting HR and Finance with various reporting and year-end tasks. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of payroll experience, particularly with multi-state payroll and familiarity with California wage regulations. A strong proficiency in Excel and experience with payroll systems such as Paylocity are essential.
