Job description
The Hospital Manager is tasked with supervising the daily functions, financial outcomes, and adherence to regulations while guiding and developing the hospital staff. This role involves working closely with the Medical Director to promote business development, handle staffing needs, and guarantee a superior experience for clients. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in leadership or operations management, ideally within a veterinary or healthcare environment. A bachelor’s degree or a professional certification such as CVPM is highly favored, along with excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
