Job description
**Position: Personal Care Assistant (PCA)**
Offer hands-on assistance and care to individuals with disabilities, helping them with everyday activities such as bathing, dressing, and personal grooming. Responsibilities also include managing household duties like cleaning, doing laundry, and preparing meals, while accurately recording service details through a digital application. Candidates should be capable of lifting weights up to 40 pounds and must successfully complete a background check through the Minnesota Department of Human Services. It is essential for applicants to obtain PCA certification and to have a caring attitude, along with the flexibility to work varied hours.
