**Job Title: Registered Nurse**
As a leader within the healthcare team, you will deliver expert nursing care by applying the nursing process to create and execute personalized care plans for patients. Your responsibilities will include ensuring optimal clinical outcomes, keeping precise records, and promoting a positive patient experience, all while complying with safety and regulatory guidelines. A Registered Nurse license in California is mandatory, in addition to certifications in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of recent full-time equivalent experience in Critical Care, or have successfully completed a KP-approved Critical Care training program.
