Job description
**Job Title: Direct Care Provider**
In this role, you will offer hands-on assistance and encouragement to individuals with disabilities, helping them with essential daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and personal grooming. Additionally, you will be responsible for completing household chores such as laundry, cleaning, and preparing meals. It is also necessary to document your services using the Electronic Verification Visit application. Candidates should have the physical ability to lift weights of up to 40 pounds and engage in physical activities such as standing, walking, and bending. A background check is required for all applicants, as well as completion of the PCA certification through the Department of Human Services.
