**Job Title: Peer Support Specialist**
The Peer Support Specialist offers emotional encouragement, advocacy, and direction to individuals facing significant mental health challenges, aiming to foster independence and integration within the community. Key responsibilities include managing case plans, recording observations, and leading group activities, all while collaborating effectively with the treatment team. Ideal candidates will be in recovery from mental health issues and possess excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Applicants must hold a valid driver’s license for Montana, have full vehicle insurance, and be able to successfully complete criminal and Child Protective Services background checks.
