The People Operations Lead will build and scale the company’s people infrastructure, data systems, and programs to support a growing team. This role involves managing total rewards, employee lifecycle processes, and leveraging AI to automate and optimize HR functions. Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR, specifically within early-stage tech companies that have scaled. Strong proficiency in HRIS, data reporting, compensation design, and building scalable processes from scratch is required.
