**Job Title: Patient Registration Associate**
The Patient Registration Associate plays a key role in ensuring patients are accurately pre-registered by confirming their demographic and insurance details ahead of their scheduled appointments. This position also involves engaging in discussions about benefits, collecting patient responsibilities, and delivering outstanding customer service to both patients and healthcare providers. Applicants must possess a High School Diploma or GED along with a minimum of 6 months of experience in an office setting, customer service, or call center. Candidates should be proficient in Windows PC applications and able to work on-site in Brewer, ME.
