Job Summary
We are looking for a Per Diem Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team at Olympia Fields, Illinois. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability of sterile supplies and instruments for surgical procedures, while also maintaining a safe and efficient operating room environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize sterile supplies and instruments for surgical procedures.
- Maintain the cleanliness and efficiency of the operating room.
- Assist the surgical team during procedures by providing necessary instruments and support.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- CST certification is mandatory.
- Completion of ORT training or a minimum of 3 years of surgical experience is necessary.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required.
