Job Summary
The Performance & Recovery Specialist is tasked with assessing the movement techniques of ski resort personnel to enhance their performance levels and reduce the risk of injuries. This role includes delivering educational workshops and advocating for the wellness initiatives available at the resort.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and analyze movement patterns to identify areas for performance enhancement and injury prevention.
- Provide proactive care to ski resort staff to help optimize their physical performance.
- Conduct educational sessions related to wellness and performance improvement.
- Promote the resort’s wellness program and its benefits to employees.
Qualifications
- A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Master of Physical Therapy (MPT), Master of Science in Athletic Training, or a valid license as a Massage Therapist.
- Hold a current professional licensure in the relevant field.
- Maintain up-to-date professional liability insurance.
- Certification in CPR and AED is required.
