Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Outpatient Vascular Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become a part of our Vascular team within Community Care Physicians (CCP) located in Duanesburg, New York. This role focuses on providing exceptional care in a noninvasive vascular laboratory setting, offering crucial support in various areas including interventional radiology and emergency medicine.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for patients within the vascular division.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Perform routine noninvasive vascular laboratory procedures and assist in the management of interventional cases.
- Participate in patient education initiatives to inform and empower patients regarding vascular health.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Experience in vascular care, interventional radiology, or emergency medicine is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing high-quality patient care.
- Valid state licensure to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
