The Personal Banker Associate I plays a vital role in recognizing and fulfilling the financial needs of customers by engaging in consultative sales and fostering proactive relationships. In addition, this position involves conducting teller transactions and ensuring compliance with risk management protocols while providing an excellent customer experience. Ideal candidates should have a college degree or relevant work experience that offers transferable skills, with preference given to those having experience in the financial sector. This role necessitates proficiency in advanced mathematics for credit analysis and the acquisition of S.A.F.E. Act registration via the NMLS.
