**Job Title: Customer Relationship Specialist**
In this position, you will cultivate enduring relationships with customers by assisting with their daily banking requirements, handling transactions smoothly, and recognizing chances to link customers with suitable financial solutions. The role necessitates proactive engagement and teamwork with branch colleagues to provide a cohesive and exceptional customer experience. Applicants are required to possess a minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service or equivalent training. Flexibility to work on Saturdays is essential, and completion of SAFE registration is a requirement.
