Assist clients with personal care, mobility, meals, and light housekeeping while providing companionship and emotional support. Follow care plans, protect client confidentiality, maintain a safe environment, and report changes in clients’ conditions or needs to supervisory staff. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and previous personal care or home health aide experience is an advantage. Candidates need effective communication, empathy, patience, reliable transportation, the ability to pass background checks and required certifications, and the physical ability to assist with mobility and personal care.
