In this role, you will facilitate tailored training sessions, oversee orientations for new clients, and monitor individual progress to guarantee an exceptional fitness journey. Furthermore, you will engage in developing and sustaining a client roster by identifying potential leads and converting them during active hours on the gym floor. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, along with a personal trainer certification and CPR/AED certification. While a bachelor’s degree in a relevant area and a year of experience are desirable, they are not mandatory.
