The Pharmacy Leader oversees every facet of pharmacy operations, which encompasses financial management, budget oversight, and the professional growth of staff. It is essential for them to adhere to state and federal regulations while delivering outstanding customer service and executing clinical services. Applicants should possess either a Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy degree and maintain a valid pharmacy license in good standing. A minimum of two years of experience in retail pharmacy is necessary, alongside robust leadership and communication abilities.
